Source for thin paired stranded wire?

I'm having trouble finding thin, stranded, paired wire. Currently I'm harvesting wire from old wall warts, but that's getting tedious, and there must be a better way.

I'm not sure the guage, but very very thin is fine, like the smallest wall wart has. I'm using it to power single LEDs.

Does anyone know where I can purchase a roll or two of this?

Please put your location in your profile so we can suggest a vendor in your area.

US locations
Radio shack, digikey, newark, mouser all have 2 conductor wire in all sorts of configurations/gauges.
Lamp cord aka speaker wire works great for DIY stuff and is available in all different sizes.

Thanks for the link. I'm guessing its in there somewhere, but I'm not seeing it.

What I need is exactly the type of thin, ideally black, wire on your average wall wart. So paired, untwisted, stranded wire without a sheathing (in other words, without a tube enclosing both wires).

Thanks, I ordered a roll of that.

I'm guessing 24 guage is a bit beefier than what I'm after but its certainly worth a try.

24 IS pretty small. You should be ok with it..
24 ga conductor is only 0.15mm diameter, with insulation, each wire should be just under 1mm diameter.

Roughly the same diameter as found in Cat5 twisted pair cable, but stranded rather than solid conductor.
