Hello

Can anyone help mewith an example of a source follower circuit. My input impedance needs to be very high. Can someone provide me the model number of the mosfet that can be used for simulation in Multisim tool?

It would be great if I get the resistance and capacitance values in the design as well.

Can you please tell em which mosfet would be good? I also do not know the values of resistors/capacitors to use. I need help with the design, not the concept

Check out " electrometer ", using OP amp , achieved 10 to the 12th Ωs input Z.

Can you tolerate the offset (several volts) of a source follower? Are you aware that you can buy op amps with MOSFET input transistors?
