I need help making a preferably small and simple sound-to-light circuit for my guitar, I am trying to light six super flux LEDs (blue) in parallel. Any ideas, tips, or schematics? Thanks in advance!

Sound is analog and so window comparators might be a good place to start. Google for LM3914 and LM3915 datasheets and follow the examples in the datasheet. If you want to have more patterns, a mcu is the way to go.:D
