Does any one happen to have a footprint for SOT-89-5 package?

Since I am familiar with Express PCB, I would prefer that but something tells me I will need to buckle down and learn Eagle CAD. :(

Or maybe some other PCB CAD software that is easy to use? I really like how Express PCB can couple the schematic to the PCB design. I suspect Eagle CAD does the same?

The SOT-89-5 footprints I have seen have a pad under the chip. I have seen different shapes. I assume the pad is to help dissipate heat? So does the shape of that pad really matter?

The pad should at least have an area and shape that is slightly bigger than the conductive surface on the chip. If you use the snap/grid function in your PCB tool correct it is quite easy to draw a new footprint
