This is a microphone board from an audio mixer. When switched on, the LED flashes to alert that it’s on. How can I instead make the LED solid when on? Thank you

Find out what power is available on the board. It looks like +18V on pin-4 and -18V on pin-11 of Z15, uPC4741C.
You can try disconnecting the LED D23 at resistor R84. Connect a 10kΩ resistor from positive power (+18v) to the LED.
Another possibility is to just short across C26 with a 10kΩ resistor. Any resistor will do, even a wire jumper.

Shorting C26 worked! Now no more audible clicky clicky sound in the audio chain either! Thanks guys!

Probably removing the cap will also achieve the same effect.
