Does anyone know how to obtain a solution manual for a textbook?

I am self-studying the textbook "Electric Circuits". I called the publication and was told that the manual is only provided to instructors

 

If the manual is only given to instructors, would you really expect it to be floating around online?

Maybe the publishers care more about the students' learning than the students themselves.

 

You could try to solve the problems, then post the solutions here. It is better than nothing.
