Solid state relay latching

    Hello
    I have a solid state relay that's behaving oddly (to me). It latches on, and can only be reset, not by disconnecting the input, but by disconnecting the load. Is this normal or have I got a dud? The model is ZG3M-308B

    By the way, I am switching DC. It occurs to me that this might be the problem?

    Yes dc is your problem.Relay is rated 90-480 volts AC.

    Thanks. Hmm. Are there small solid state relays that can switch DC (about 2A at 9V)?
