Hi,

I am using these magnetic connectors: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002137597704.html

Does anyone have any suggestions on how best to connect wires to the rear of these connectors? The pins seem to be spaced at 2.2mm so can't use a piece of stripboard

Simple answer: Get out your ruler, mark, then drill the necessary holes at the necessary spacing. If you don't need them mounted on a board, I would strip back a length of wire, solder it to the solder pin, and then slip then shrink a piece of heat-shrink over it for some mechanical support.

Thanks. That was my immediate approach but I thought there might be crimp sockets that could add more support

 

Some pogo pins do have sockets available, and I recommend that because soldered pogo pins with the solder in the wrong part are a rea challenge to remove the errant solder.
