Can anyone provide me soldering footprint of 8051 microcontroller. I am not able to find it in eagle. So I have to make this device on my own. SO i need a pin dimensions.

What package? (TQFP, PLCC, PDIP??)
Did you check the datasheet and also Atmels site?... Surely the manufacturer has the land pattern information readily available.

If you are going to get serious about laying out PCBs you will be well served to learn how to make footprints on your own. Standard libraries of footprints may possibly be made to standards different to your own needs.

And as mcgvry states, we have no idea which package you want in case someone happens to have it (I certainly don't).
