So as not to steal JerseyGuys thread I thought I would start my own since it is a slightly different subject.

So what is the best way to apply solder paste? Syringe or tin?

I assume if you use the tin you use tweezers?

 

syring is meant to be hand applied to each pad.. the container/tub (you call it a tin) is meant to be used with a stencil/squeege and applied like the silkscreening process for t-shirts,etc..
