Can these Schottky barrier rectifier modules be used for my,141-067 Solar 500, battery charger?
If yes how must they be wired?
The parts i'm considering are CPT50130 Schottky barrier rectifier module by Micro Semi. 30V/500A, dual diodes, base plate is common cathode.
