Can you please tell me a good and an easy program to design circuit diagrams for a project ?
I usually deal with PLC, relays, motors, t-blocks, power supplies so I need to design the circuit and the electrical Box so that the worker can assembly it.

I think he is looking for more of a CAD program for a schematic diagram illustration, with more physical representation of the individual components?
Apparently to assist in physical assembly.
PLC S/W usually just offers the logic symbols only.
NFPA79 describes the two methods.

Right, I just need it for illustration as blocks connected to other components. Anyways I deal with Fatek, Siemens and Festo CPX PLCs.

I am not sure how long the EZ-Schematics is free for but it is only $60.00 to buy after the free trial offer!.
It looks like it will create what you indicated in the OP.

You can create your own shapes:

So you can create your own library with the needed shapes.

DIA wasn't good enough because it doesn't have many electrical drawings.

EZ is better.

Any new suggestions will help

No I don't. I am still searching for the best program to use so that's why I am asking for the best way to draw these circuits.
