I wanted to know if there is any software that can be used to easily get your schematics onto veroboard.

You would normally draw your schematic in the software, and it will automatically route the schematics into veroboard design

I do not think you will get any autorouting. And honestly I think it would be an bad idea. But besides that some of those tools listed in the link in post #2. Can help you to plan your vero layout quite well
