Hi, i have a laptop SMPS pack, the output is 19.5VDC @ 6.7A. I was wondering if there is a way to bring the output voltage from 19.5VDC down to around 12VDC an still have the same or higher amperage. Please help. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

 

Redesign the feedback loop, which I'm not going to touch because this site forbids working on mains voltage circuits.

I have plenty of 500 to 1000W CPU power supplies. Can I rewind the tx to output 24V
