I have a specific requirement, can any one suggest me how to get it if available in market or how to design. Following is my requirement

o/p of smps - 10mv to 900mv adjustable, 4amps

You did not specify the input voltage, so I'll assume 5 Volts. Switcher CAD III tells me that an LTC1735 will give 900 mV out from a 4.5 to 5.5 volt input with about 85% efficiency. If you replace the fixed divider by some pots you should get the adjustable version.

Will that work for ya?
