I am doing an assignment on a simulation and design of a Buck converter. One of the questions is
Investigate the use of initial conditions and apply them to your simulation
Can anyone shed me any light on what is meant by the initial conditions?

I would assume that means the moment the power is first applied, the approach towards steady state operation.
