Someone has some documentation,schematics about smell(odor) sensor??Or schematics with sensor sensitive at kerosene(metan gas) or other substances.I have found some documentation on the internet but it's very slightly.For example in this site are a lot of sensor explained but I did't find whar I needed :

You need the appropriate transducer. It usually involves a reversible redox chemical reaction. The sensor in the transducer can then sense the electrons in the reaction. The rest is routine.

 

I have found a gas sensor:NAP-11AS that is sensitive to various gases including alcohol but especially very sensitive to unpleasant smells such as hydrogen sulfide. This sensor is used as an air quality sensor for air purifiers, deodorizers, and controlling units for automatic ventilators.But I didn't find some schematics or documentation.Anybody can help me??
