thatoneguy Joined Feb 19, 2009 6,359 Jan 12, 2012 #4 If the spacing between the two legs one the one side is about 0.1", it is a SOT-23-ish package. Several physical packages are close to that size, it's a larger one and easy to work with. Are all of the Transistors roughly the size of a SOT-23?
