Does anyone know what the SMD IC that only has "NY" written on it is? A friend of mine is trying to repair a device and needs to check this IC. It has 3 leads. He doesn't have a DCA75Pro yet. I haven't seen one yet either.

Guessing that the package is sot23 then the marking ny leads to this part http://pdf.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheet/kec/KRC231_5S.pdf
If the package is different you might be looking at a different part.

It might be an 2SA1213 PNP transistor.
