I've to solve some exercises related to amplifier based on BJR and MOS.
In this exercise I've to construct small signal equivalent circuit.
I'd like to ask some clarification about this task in details Id like to ask:
* if the attached result is correct
* for PNP transistor is it correct to consider valid NPN small signal circuit, with opposite direction of emitter current.
* if is it correct consider for nMOS and pMOs the same small signal schema
I'd like to know if there is a workbook with exercises related to this topic, Id like to find an exercises book with comment and useful trick for avoid common error.
