small signal equivalent circuit

    Low Noise Amplifier MBC13916NT1
    S11 = 0.658 / -70
    S21 = 2.84 / -4
    S12 = 0.056 / -169
    S22 = 0.722 / -87

    How can I compute the center and radius of the 3 dB noise figure circle. how can I draw "small signal equivalent circuit":

    You might consider downloading Agilent's AppCad software [free license] which includes an 's'-parameter analysis tool with the functions in which you are interested.

    The trick is finding a download site. I think I originally downloaded it through the RF Globalnet site but you have to sign up as a member - which is also a free service. That site also has some other interesting 'stuff' for the RF engineering fraternity.
