how can avoid the effect of simultaneous conductin in FET (AND IF SOME ONE KNOW GOOD LINKS TALKING ABOUT IT CAN SEND ME THE LINK PLEASE
THANKS

How can i make the fet turn on and off fast i need the rise and fall time less than 1 micro second
thanks

Please tell us what FET you are talking about and what driver u are using.

Cross-conduction can be avoided by an appropriate deadtime.

The time it takes to charge the gate depends mainly on the gate charge Qg, the lead inductance, gate/source wire inductance/length and the driver's current capability.

Use a dedicated mosfet gate driver chip instead of trying to do it with discrete components.

Keep the driver as close to the mosfet as possible.

Use the correct value gate resistor from driver to gate. Values over 50 ohms are usually not correct. Values in Kohms are almost never correct.
