I need help with a microphone circuit i need a simple circuit to detect if there is a voice and take the result to a microcontroller input.

 

There are more than one kind of microphone available. Did you have one kind in mind? - http://electronics.howstuffworks.com/gadgets/audio-music/question309.htm

This is also important - do you need to be able to distinguish between a voice command and a noise?

 

well i have a the mic its like the one i attached
and i only care about detecting if there is any kind of noise or not

Your mic appears to be an electret type, so you will need the bias resistor. Apply the output to a precision rectifier - http://sound.westhost.com/appnotes/an001.htm and then to a voltage comparator so you can set the level you wish to signal the computer. An ancient LM311 (search on the name for a data sheet) should work for the purpose.

The output of that basic circuit into a uC's comparator would work nicely.
