I want to understand how does silicon chip make from silicon sand,
for my basic understanding I have done something

step1- silicon raw material
step2- silicon melted
step3- silicon cooled
step4- silicon wafer
step5- silicon wafer clean by acid
step6- polished
step7- wafer cut into slice

I don't know that's correct step and I know that's not enough for wafer preparation

step8- n mos layer
step9 - pmos layer
step10-metalic layer

you mean this type

Except for the number of times each step needs to be executed to make a functional chip. There may be other steps in some processes that I am not familiar with. Gimme a break, it has been over 40 years since I learned this stuff and I'm now retired. Did you read the article that I gave you the link for?

Raw silicon material is silicon, not silica sand (silicon dioxide).

The silicon is purified over and over with a zone refining system.

Then sliced into wafers

Then polished and cleaned
*
Then photomasked

Expose photoresist

Eliminate positive or negative resist space (depending on technology)

Then fed into a vapor deposition (chemical or physical) - or ion beam.

Then strip remaining photo resist

Then return to * above (many times)

Then cut array of chips on your wafer of silicon

Then add leads

Then test

Then package (overmold) with connectors

- I think I got most everything

you did not mention step where component fabricate on chip
that's very hard part to understand
we cut wafer into slice i think we will be fabricate component on this die then test and then package

Steps 8-10 should be before step #7. Making chips is like making PCBs. We would copy and paste as many copies as possible of one circuit pattern to fill up the whole blank PCB.

After etching and cleaning and drilling on the PCB, we start cutting indivisual PCBs from the large PCB.

look at this

step 1- silicon ( raw material)
step 2- silicon is purified
step 3- silicon is melted
step 4- crystal is grown into ingot
step 5- then sliced into wafer
step 6 then polished and cleaned

I think we are ready to fabricate component on chip

I want to fabricate transistor

n mos layer
p mos layer
metal layer
sio2 layer

Q1- first which layer will be used on chip

I have doubt you said , raw material is silicon , I think raw material is silica sand

sand -> silicon gas - reactor -> poly-silicon -> electronic grade silicon -> cz method -> wafer

sand is raw material from earth It convert into silicon gas , then silicon is purified in zone refining system and produced poly silicon

please tell me I just want to confirm that I am right or wrong

does any one know the equipment that is used in vlsi technology

chamber , quartz tube ,furnace

which equipment used for oxidation , ion implantation and diffusion
