I have a question I would like to know how I can Design a digital filter to pass the 400 Hz signal, but not the 1.5 Khz tone.
If the 1.5 KHz tone is not entirely eliminated, it must be suppressed so that the residual is at least 20 dB weaker than 400 Hz tone after the filter
attempts: I know I should use Sinc as a impulse response however how to tell it , but what does the second say, if it cannot entirely eliminated it should have 20 dB weaker, what should I do about that ?
