signal conditioning module

I need to design an.signal condition module. It has to operate at 24 volt supply. The input given to it is from current sensor. If the input is less than 5amps then the output must be a analog output. If the input is greater than 5amps then the output must be an digital output. The 5amps should have been set by the variable pot as a threshold value. If any one have schematic for this can help me plz?
