Does anybody know a supplier that carries SiC-based FETS? The application is for a high power switching converter. I looked on digikey and it seems like they do not carry a FET, but only some Schottky diodes. I saw that Cree, SemiSouth are making them, but what I'd like to see (that was not listed) is the price range for these things.

I'm guessing these are still expensive, but I couldn't find a direct pricings.
