I am trying to create the schematics from:

LT3800 page 20

They use a Si 7850DP,this Mosfet is unknown in Orcad and CIS, on the site form Vishay only a spice model is available no OLB. So no design etc.

Whats is the most usual way to solve this problem!

 

I tried to make this LT3800 circuit also I got stuck with those Mosfets Si 7850DP and Si 370DDP which are SMT couldn't get proper and equivalent TO-220 Mosfets, if someone recommends an alternative? this also may solve the ORCAD problem.
