Need comments and sugestion for my projects SG3525 Push-Pull converter inputs DC24V and DC320V with 25/30A outputs.
This converter driving True Sine Wave Inverter with ATMEGA16/32, 2 x IR2110 and 4 x IRG4PC50FD (AC 240V 25/30A)

Need your comment or suggestion that I have used enough 12 x IRFPS3810 in SG3525 PUSH-PULL converter.

Need asistance for output transformer primar/seconda number of wire and wire SWG. Which transformer cores may be use.

If you are saying the input voltage to the push-pull is either 24V or 320V, I think you have a big problem. I designed several push-pull converters and one thing to always remember is the switch FETs need a standoff voltage rating of at least 3X the input voltage. When the transistors switch, the off FET gets hit with double the supply voltage plus whatever switching spike transients happen. I used to use transistors rated 4X supply voltage to be safe. With an input voltage of 320V, a push-pull converter is not feasible. You should use a half bridge.
