help me to understand the relationship between voltage, current and phase angle.what will happen to the phase angle if the value of C
i)increases ii)decreases .what happens instead if the value of C is fixed and the value of R is changed?

I'll jump in with my limited experience.

The phase angle does not change through the resistor, regardless of if it is increased or decreased, but the phase angle is shifted -90° through the capacitor, to remember the angle shift use the mnemonic ICE to point out current (I) leads voltage (E) through a capacitor (C).

the phase angle of -90° is constant if the cap is increased or decreased.
