I am hoping that another set of eyes can help me on this.

I am pretty sure its a schottky diode but I'm looking to find a datasheet on this component and I can't identify the manufacturer. I found it once years ago but I can't for the life of me remember where. The component looks like one in the attachment.

The reversed C and 4 lines logo has me stumped.

I'm still learning - thanks for the eyes guys

I'm not too positive of who the manufacturer is that has that marking. However, I am fairly certain this is your device. According to the SMD code book I have the "536" is a date code and the "IV" is the part code. It is a 20V unidirectional TVS Diode.
