selecting a diode

hello friends,
I have a 3 MHZ sine wave with amplitude of 3v & I want to rectify it . Do you know a diode which can work in this frequency?

If your current requirement is low, you could use a BAT54 Schottky diode.

You could use a 1N4148/1N914 for that matter, but you would lose much more voltage across the diode.
