I am working on sweep analysis on an RLC circuit in ORCAD CAPTURE, running from 50khz to 250khz, i want to convert the ac voltage to dc hence i built a bridge rectifier, but the diode in the basic library (1N4002,4003 etc) does not handle such high frequencies, hence i wanted to use schottky diodes, can anybody please specify any model number or any library for schottky diodes where in i can add it onto Capture. my specification is 40v 1a.
