Anybody has information or schematic for this power board SB-12 power module? The unit is rated 120VAC but was accidentally plugged to 220VAC.
Transformer T1 has a burnt primary winding, shorted Zener diode D6 (don't know the value) and damage capacitor C4(6,800uF/16V).

C16,D3,D4 was also damaged on MC-60 board.

Attached is the image of the board.

Any information is a great help.

What is an SB12? I'm getting many matches on different devices; 12V power supply, treadmill power board, submersible rechargeable pump, etc.

Quite honestly I would just buy the one on ebay for $55. Because IF you can find replacement parts, especially the transformer, you'll spend more than that in time and money fixing it. Just my opinion.

The transformer is probably an OEM type, custom made for that vendor's power supply. Odds on finding such a transformer are very low. Only real possibility is to find someone else with the same board with a working transformer that wants to give it away or sell it..
