i saw this today at newegg a 2 TB samsung hard drive for $99.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152310
it shows a russian cord with it but they said for a limited time theyd ad a converter. to mee it looks like i could just swap it with a 110 cord that i have lots of. i would think the adaptor would be 100-240V compatible like most laptop bricks like that are. elese the just pull the drive the drive alone is about that much. i have never used a samsung hard disk before, are they any good? couldn't relly find reviews on it so not sure maybe thers a reson the price is that low and the odd cord for it. seems like a decent deal for that size a drive most western digitals are like in the $150s range for drives that size. that also kind of makes me question the drive and samsung.
just debating it i have thought about TB drives for a while for backups and storage of my software instead of cd, DVD, and old SCSI drives that expired years ago.
any sugestions apreciated.
thanks
