Frankly, who knows. Black will probably be ground, other pins are just guesses. The guy who sells it provides no information whatsoever, apart from the fact that he says it has three wires when you can clearly see it has four.
If I were you I would buy the original cable from Prolific, this one will most likely be a fake chinese crap that will work only sometimes and on some systems.
