Hi
I have PSpice v16.6, I know how to rotate part by 90, 180, 270 degree but I do not know how to do it by any arbitrarily angle, like 45 degree. any help will be highly appreciated .:)

I don`t think it is possible - is it necessary?
Unless, you try to create your own symbol (symbol editor).

In the old MicroSim PSpice there was an draw option called "orthogonal", IIRC, that you could turn off. I think you could also override it by holding down the shift or the control key before you moved it with the mouse, but I only firmly remember doing that when I was drawing wires and wanted them to be an an arbitrary angle.
