Use the current you have been given to find the voltage across the 7R+398uF branch.
Then use that voltage to find the current in the 5R+0.19H branch.
Combine them to find the total current in the circuit, and hence the total voltage across the circuit.

It often helps to sketch the circuit with just resistors instead of the inductors and capactors and then consider how you would approach the problem if it were just a DC resistive circuit problem. Then apply that same approach to the actual problem.

Convert all inductances and capacitances to impedences, including their phase angle. Redraw the diagram using resistors only, but including the impedances calculated as resistors. Now solve it the same way you would solve a resistor circuit being sure to include the phase angles in your calculations.
