Have you done anything already? Are you supposed to use the Laplace Transform variable 's' for the Transfer Function?

If that's the case, keep in mind that $Z_C=\frac1{sC}$ and $Z_L=sL$, where Z is the impedance, C is the capacitance and L is the inductance.

Z1= 1/sC1 + sL1
Z2= (1/sC2)|| (sL2) = (sL2/sC2)/(1/sC2+sL2)
Z2= sL2 / (1+s^2L2C2)

using voltage divider rule

Vo = Vi * Z2/(Z1+Z2)

then transfer function is

T(s)=Vo(S)/Vi(s) = Z2/(Z1+Z2)

etc.

It is nice that you want to help a fellow student, but it's best if you don't give him the answer outright. Let him make an initial effort, in order to "earn" the answer.

Sorry, I will try to follow this idea from now on...
