I am buildig an LED RGB driver. I have common Anode RGB's and the circuit diagram uses common cathode RGB's they are turned on by a 2N3904 NPN transistor. How do I use the same circuit to turn on the transistors but drive RGB's with a common Anode.

You can choose 2N3906 that is the complementary type of 2N3904.

E - Vcc, B - input, in series a Rb, C - Anode of LED, in series a Rc to limit the current of LED, the circuit similar as NPN transistor.
Just don't forget to adding the Rbe resistor.
