I need to build a low frequency (134.2 kHz) RFID transponder compatible with the Texas Instruments RI-TRP-WR3P-30. The RI-TRP-WR3P-30 is glass encapsulated and uses half-duplex (134.2/123.2kHz) FSK for responding, but TI does not seem to sell the IC; only the assemblies. I need a more robust package. I would appreciate any help regarding an IC I could use to accomplish this.
