my project is On rf tuable bandpass filter which has a passband of 100MHZ-175MHZ using varactor diodes and the required control voltage is applied through microprocessor.can u suggest me which type of varactor diode is used and also the circuit

 

Do you want this to be able to tune to any one frequency between 100 MHz - 175 MHz?
