RF Circuits Implementation

Hi all

I am working on research project where Rf Fiber optic transmitter is Sub assembly. I want to build a Fiber optic RF transmiter (300MHz to 800 MHz)
using a DFB laser. The main problem I am facing is the design of the predistortion circuit and final implementation of the circuit in PCB.
I am using ADS and have designed a [redistortion circuit based on diodes.
Can any one how I should proceed to implement this circuit in PCB???????
