I'm looking for a circuit that will output a 12v 1sec pulse with reverse polarity each time I push a button.

 

What do you mean "reverse polarity"? Do you mean it alternates polarity each pulse or that every pulse would be -12V.

second pulse A---->0
..................B---->+12 ?

But when you're not sending pulses what are the conditions on A & B?
