Reverse Pulse Relay

I am in need of a low voltage coil SPST relay (5-12vdc) that when voltage is applied, the relay contacts momentarily close and when voltage is released from the coil, the contacts momentarily close again. Is there anything like that in the marketplace or can be constructed? Thansk in advance for any input.
