Replacement piece on circuit board

Hello Everyone,
I need a little help on finding the correct replacement or something similar to this piece.
I have some experience in electronics but nothing deep enough to know exactly what I need.

Looks like I wont be able to just buy one from looking at it haha. It was heating the component up on the other side of the board to where you couldn't touch it. It's the only thing I could find physically wrong with the board. It's a YSUS board for a LG plasma tv.

It's a diode. You can test it with a multimeter. It might have failed to a short, but the problem could be elsewhere.

Yes, probably is a diode. One end looks like it is connected to a transformer, and the other end goes to a cap. So it looks like it produces one of the voltage sources on the board. The diode itself *could* have gone bad, but most likely there is excess current draw on that voltage buss somewhere else on the board.
