have u tried browsing for triple diffused planar transistors? am sure there are darlingtons which has very near specs to what you are looking for. it's a general purpose transistor.

the nearest i can recommend as a replacement is a
BU941 or BUT34. Though you didn't mention where its used, as a replace ment i would prefer BU941
