there are conductive glues, yes.

But, you have to be careful..they are CONDUCTIVE. So it will cause pins to short together.

i have just ordered my new pic
but since i have more 4017 and uln2803 im still going to try to use the pics that i already have im kinda good with a solder iron i have already managed to attach the capacitor to the middle legs

i can still program them if the pic is already installed in the circuit ?

 

i opened the file in hex editor neo but i cant seem to figure out the code and where i have to ad

You can bend every other pin up to help separate them enough to solder them without touching another pin. You will also want to wait a few min between pins to let the chip cool.

 

With just the HEX file I don't know how to add an instruction. There is a forum on the site - maybe you could ask for the .asm file.
