good day..in here again to ask if you have any idea how to make a remote control or wireless transceiver.. any kind ir or rf...as long as it is low in cost....im planning to let a remote to turn on and off my lights in my bedroom.. i guess i would use and relay for the load(ex. the bulbs)

You could use these, a couple of cheap microcontrollers( < $1) and the parts you mentioned to get this running in less than a day, for less than $10, probably...
