Hi Dears,
I want to control a relay by using a remote controller. my problem is that, there is 7 meter distance between ir receiver and microprocessor.( relay is settled near microprocessor.). Because of the distance between mc and ir receiver, perhaps there will be some problems which is caused by disturbance.

so i decided to use an rs485 communication between ir receiver and microprocessor. but i have limited hardware info. could you please help me creating a schematic by using two max487 chip.
